If your card references MultiPlan (often shown as PHCS, MultiPlan PPO, or Beech Street), your insurer or TPA uses MultiPlan's network when you access out-of-network providers.
MultiPlan's PHCS (Private Healthcare Systems) network is one of the largest independent PPO networks in the U.S. Many self-funded employer plans and regional insurers use it to give members reduced out-of-network rates. Under MHPAEA, your underlying plan must still cover behavioral health no more restrictively than comparable medical care.
West Georgia Wellness Center does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid (including Medicaid managed care) for residential treatment. MultiPlan itself does not make coverage decisions — your underlying insurer or TPA does.
